Matt Bradd is an expert in commodities trading with a successful career over 13 years with ECOM Agroindustrial a global commodity trading and processing company based in Switzerland. Matt is well known for his role in the Australian Cotton Industry, as the Managing Director of ECOM Commodities Pty Ltd. He held the Position of Chairman on the Australian Cotton Shippers Association in 2016/2017 as well as serving executive committee to the board for five years between 2013 and 2018. Matt is an Australian Rural Leadership Alumni completing the iconic Australian 15-month program in 2016/2017. He holds a Batchelor's of Agricultural Economics from the University of Sydney, with a double major in Finance and Agricultural Economics.
Matt has been responsible for the cotton trading book in Australia for ECOM for the past 10 years, prior to that he traded Sorghum, Barley, Wheat & Pulses books. Trading the basis, and pricing components in Futures Markets, Options Markets and the Australian / US Dollar Markets.
